There are so many ways to highlight some specific portion of an image in Adobe Photoshop.But i found that many of those ways are complex for a beginner.In the above image ( Image courtesy : adobe.com) you can see the eyes somewhat highlighted from rest of the image.There is one simple way to do this. Let's see :-)
- Select the Portion of the Image you want to highlight
- Right Click and select "Select Inverse" Option
- Goto - Filter - Blur - Lens Blur
- Adjust Radius to get different depth of highlight. I would recommend radius value 6 for good result.
- Click Ok
You are done :-)
